Shipping policy

  1. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national couriers with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package via text message and/or E-mail.
  2. If the order is amounted to Rs.300 or less, then a customer has to pay Rs. 50 for shipping charges. If the Order is more than Rs. 300 then the order will be free of shipping charges.
  3. Orders are usually shipped within 3-7 days. In case of any return, shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of any courier damage or a different product received by the customer, the shipping charges are refundable if the customer asks for a refund.
  4. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are well-protected.
  5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Mondays to Sundays: 9 am to 7 pm. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
