Refund policy

 

1. If you have received an item in a “Damaged” or “Defective” condition, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery. You just need to initiate a replacement request and send the item back to us. Replacement is subject to the availability of stock and our discretion based on the authenticity of the damage found. Only if all our conditions are met & the product is considered damaged from our end, then you will receive a full refund, including shipping charges.
2. You as a customer can cancel your order any time within 24 hours of order being placed at www.nuvedic.com. We will refund any payments already made by you for the order including shipping charges. If the customer cancelled their order post 24 hours after the order was placed, then the fixed charges of Rs. 50 on the account of shipping charges are not refundable.
3. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
